Bauman started his career as a Financial Analyst at Primerica Financial Services before joining Charis Corporation as a Financial Analyst/Cost Analyst.  He then joined a subsidiary of UPS, UPS Supply Chain Solutions/Mail Innovations, where he held a Financial Analyst I role.  Bauman was promoted to Financial Analyst II within two years, and eventually became a Finance Supervisor.  Prior to joining First American Home Warranty, Bauman was with CorVel Corporation, starting as a Business Analyst and quickly rising to Director of the entire Business Intelligence and Analytics Group in 2013.

Bauman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance from California State University, San Bernardino.
