Perez Associates, Inc. and Cuba Travel Services, Inc. to lead their search for a Human Resources Director.

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for directing and administering all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations and engagement, talent management, performance management, and compensation management that support the business priorities and initiatives of J. Perez Associates Inc. and Cuba Travel Services, Inc.  This leader will actively partner with executive management to drive strategic growth and build a highly engaged and inspiring work environment that attracts and retains talent.  They will also help to ensure the proper implementation and consistency of policies and programs across the organization at various locations throughout the United States.
