Buck has a deep background in executive search.  As the CEO of Hooper Sloan, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the direct recruitment of leadership within the Healthcare industry, Buck partnered with some of the nation’s largest health systems, hospital management organizations, and physician practice groups, including Community Health Systems, LifePoint Health, Ascension Health, and Saint Thomas Health.  Prior to Hooper Sloan, Buck founded The Infinity Resource Group Inc.  As part of that endeavor, he was responsible for leading all business development initiatives that resulted in growing the organization from a startup to one of the Fastest Growing Companies in America, according to Inc. magazine.
